Services At HND we offer a range of building design services to suit your individual requirements. All work is prepared and supervised by Herbert Nagel, the Principal and Senior Building Designer. Herbert has over 25 years experience working in various architects practices, gaining vast building design and property development experience in Sydney, and has designed, supervised and overseen many luxury residential and commercial projects of all types and budgets. After our initial obligation free consultation, we will prepare a detailed fee proposal for your project outlining clearly and simply what we will provide and the fees that will be charged. Once you have decided to proceed with us, we will then have a detailed briefing meeting with you, to discuss all of your needs and requirements and the budget for your project. Then based on your individual requirements we will begin to prepare the initial design sketches for your project and consult with you right through until the final Development Application / construction certificate documents, to be submitted to the Council for approval. |
